They back stab US workers in order to promote Indian workers and force their Indian culture down everyone's throat. They make cuts to peoples contracts en-masse on dates like 31 Dec and wishing you a happy new years. Their leadership lack of integrity and their lack of business ethics is a disgrace.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Lack of integrity and business ethics. They protect their own Indian culture and perpetuate that business model in the US. How is it possible that the majority of their on-site workers in US-based technology companies are Indian? If that is not biased then I have no idea what is. They will have some senior level manager front facing positions as US citizens but this is only because they need people that speak excellent English in front of the client.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Because they can hire people from India and bring them to the US using the H1B visa they have the ability to pay low because the potential candidate wants to come to the US. It also gives TCS the ability to under bid most other US based competitors with technology companies like Microsoft, Google and Amazon and win those contracts because they will drive to own a ?Managed service" and use mainly India-based resources to support the project. Because they created and signed a low ball SOW with the client also means when they have to pay US based employees they pay them below market rate. In other words, the client and TCS want a technical genius supporting their project but they want to pay janitor money.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
If you are not from India you will not be treated fairly
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
They target technology companies like Microsoft, Google and Amazon with the intent to underbid their competitors and usually win the battle so they can install their own Indian people both US based and in India which cheats Americans out of jobs.

Former Employee - Principal/VP/Director
TCS Canada executive is great. Mumbia India based CxO team (particularly CFO) promotes a slave culture. US boss died of a work related heart attack. Most of US based EA team later left to work for Wipro.
