As a contractor, I was never included with company events, culture, benefits etc. As long as the client was happy, they treated me well in terms of pay/working conditions. There were no benefits, vacations, 401k etc. offered.

Seems solid. I have been told they have a good reputation. The issue for consultants is the client. Some clients are great to work with. Others make you want to primal scream. When I worked for TEK systems, it was a mixed bag. Everyone besides senior management was excellent. Senior manager was one of the least competent senior level people I have ever met.
