It's a good old boys network with ineffective and uneducated leaders who should not be in the roles they are.

The environment has not been stable and HR is ineffective. Bullying and cliques are tolerated. Technology management is not skilled and inept with people. I never felt I could trust anyone in the organzation. It was a horrible experience.
