Nothing to change - the company culture is fantastic, very forward-thinking California-based company. Employee success is the company's #2 value, after customer success, and we all work and live with that mission in mind. I live near our Radnor, PA office and have the ability to work from home, go to the office once or twice a month, and then travel to support our sales team as needed. In general management trusts their employees and allows you the freedom to do your job without frequent inspection or scrutiny. Everyone works towards a common mission.

There really is a culture of building consensus before big decisions are made. This sometimes makes decision-making processes take a bit of time, but it helps to make sure that all who are involved or impacted are on board.

Additional thoughts prompted by previous questions - there is no PTO policy, you simply take off when you need to. I am not 100% sure of the benefits offered for people at HQ (i.e. child care), but all full-time employees receive $350 per year towards gym memberships/yoga classes/fitness classes/etc. We also each receive the equivalent of 2% of our salary to put towards career development.

Work life balance is very challenging. Very high turnover. Moral is low. Leadership is a problem.

You will have no work life balance and will not feel appreciated and recognized for your contributions. Turn over is high which is really frustrating.
