Employee - Director
I though VF was a good company. Even though my role was eliminated when the merged Lucy into TNF I departed amicably.
Employee - Director
At lucy we had a great culture however did not feel the same for TNF when we moved locations.
Employee - Director
Outstanding company growth and individual opportuntiy
Employee - Director
It's a big company with a lot of problems currently with distribution of its brands, and the politicking of the leadership is nauseating. While there are great people that work there the company has a very short-term way of thinking that will likely lead to continued tough times over the next few years. Bonuses were low to non-existent the years I was there, and salaries are below average to average
Employee - Director
It's very hierarchical and old school in its way of thinking (e.g., offices for senior leaders, very little open plans). Focus on short term results to the detriment of long term value. Very 9-5 without much commitment to the company. The holiday party was very cliche (the only time they do any social event for employees) being held morning/midday.
Employee - Director
They don't have a strong long term strategy for growth as a public company due to brands shrinking as consumers buy less and want more niche brands
Employee - Director
Difficult to work with leadership as feedback is always too late or you are blamed for tasks out of your control. Also, very boys club mentality.
Employee - Director
Constantly changing, good intentions.
Employee - Director
They keep people with high salaries and bonuses but senior resources are not treated well, allowed to be innovative but can cut you off in mid stride. Poor leadership at SVP level
Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)
Very political with internal protection of friends of management
