I would replace the entire leadership team. There's no growth strategy. There’s no technology roadmap. There’s no customer service or success strategy when it comes to end users. There’s no retention or promotion strategy. Employees don’t like the company much more. There’s little training and high turnover. Compensation is below market for most positions.

Culture neeed improvement. Different rules for senior management and regular employees. Non-execs treated as expendable and told so to their faces.

Many employees are not given the opportunity to feel like an integral team member of the organization. People work very hard to execute according to leadership's strategy but quickly are expendable when things fail or don't meet expectations. This eliminates the desire for risk taking and innovation.

This is not a company that caters lunches or events for the employees or has a stocked snack room. There is one Christmas party. The company provides coffee, tea, and hot chocolate - the traditional 'old school' creature comforts for their employees. Culture is different between departments and divisions but for the most part just lots of hard work and time
