Wells Fargo Securities is the lender of choice above all. Leveraged Finance rules the house - don't expect to work on a ton of equity and / or M&A there. WFS has a great work-life balance relative to other investment banks and is fairly protective of their Analysts (not Associates). The people are generally nice people.
Employee - Associate
The culture is not inclusive. It lacks diversity in both personalities and racial makeup, Sr. bankers will exclude Associates and Analysts from client calls / meetings / internal deal conversations. Sr. bankers provide little-to-no mentorship. This is substantiated by attrition - my sub-team alone has gone through 7 Associates in 2.5 years.
