Overall culture is A+. In my specific circles, culture was toxic. -misleading, competitive, secretive co-worker in secret competition with me -Management didn't guide me during the summer but waited till the end to tell me what I did wrong that summer and why I didn't get the job -False promises from HR and Mgmt made about turning internship into full-time job -Mgmt had no tolerance whatsoever for inexperienced intern to learn on the job, shamed intern for taking more than 5 sec to answer a question at a meeting, sending email asking for clarification of process mgmt didnt' explain well -Mgmt pulled intern off projects on a whim w/no reason why -Favorites played in terms of interns -Recruiter left mid-summer and new recruiter knew nothing about my performance and more
