Though Xerox's learning and strategy organization is a great place to work, Xerox Corp. is not. Xerox Corp. struggles to find its footing, and vacillates between focusing on the employee, and then quickly RIP'ing employees to make quarterly numbers. Xerox is a ship without a rutter.

Xerox is very financially driven and focuses on results by quarter. The culture is fear based, here are two examples. 1) if you are not billable or fully utilized (80+%) you fear being laid off; 2) lay-offs occur frequently and without any communication. Therefore, one day you may be working with a colleague, and the next they are gone.

Unknown, Xerox does a poor job of marketing the strategy and benefit it's people bring to our clients. Xerox Learning Services is not well known in the marketplace.
