ZS provides good opportunities to learn and grow but it comes at a cost. The work hours, especially in India are horrible and the company has forgotten the meaning of Work Life balance. The pay does not reflect nor does it justify the dedication and involvement expected out of an employee.

Promotions are twice a year and raises are once a year. For example, I started to work for ZS at the end of the March. In July, when the raises time came, they increased my base salary even I started couple of months ago. I really surprised but they are very generous about compensations.
