The culture is built on doing the right thing. High quality is one of the main point in ZS. According to me quality is really important. I attended couple of sessions to exceed my knowledge about this.

Having gone through B school recruiting the past couple of months, I find that: People form ZS are considered to have very good pharma and healthcare industry knowledge The work at ZS is reasonably well regarded. Not cutting edge strategy but it'll get you through the door at top consulting firms The work itself really prepares you for broader strategy and management consulting.

The environment in ZS Associates is very friendly. I had lots of concerns when I first started to work for ZS since this was my first consulting firm experience. However, if you want to learn and do your best, ZS is a great place. I am really happy with my colleagues, they are very nice and push you forward instead of putting obstacles on your road.
