About Presenter:

Dr. Mathis Schulte is an Associate Professor of Management and Human Resources at HEC Paris. He received his Ph.D. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York in 2008. Prior to joining HEC Paris in 2009, Mathis was a senior fellow at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia, and lectured on Negotiations and Conflict Resolution. His research focuses on organizational climate and social networks on team and organizational effectiveness. He is the co-director of the joint executive master’s program ‘Consulting and Coaching for Change’ of Said Business School, Oxford, and HEC Paris.

Dr. Marc Thompson, is a Senior Fellow in Strategy and Organisation, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Official Fellow, Green Templeton College, Oxford. Marc has a BA Hons in History, Trinity College Dublin (TCD) an MSc in Industrial Relations, London School of Economics and a DSc in Management from Aalto University. His research focuses on workplace change and the future of work, in technology and the healthcare sectors. He teaches in various degree and custom executive programmes. He is the co-director of the Consulting and Coaching for Change programme HEC/Oxford.
