The complexity of the challenges leaders face, as well as organizational structures and systems, necessitates a new approach to leading new product developments or indeed change: co-creation.

It encompasses: imagining challenges and solutions, empowering others to bring their passion, knowledge and experience to the table and, co-creating a solution that works for you, your team, and your organization within your unique context.
Declan Noone is an Adjunct Professor for Master in Talent Development and Human Resources at IE School of Human Sciences and Technology. Declan is a Positive and Mindful Leader advocate, consultant and publisher. Since 2015, Declan is a co-founder and partner in his own professional services company, which has worked with clients such as Wizz Air, Uber, Representative Association of Commissioned Officers, and Sport Zone.
His own leadership and organisational experiences across appointments, international organisations, and countries, are fuelling his desire to encourage a paradigm shift in leadership development and education, and the importance of building positive, generative and performing organisations.
