Future of Supply Chain: Strategies for Total Value Creation

This webinar will outline how a highly functioning supply chain organization can positively impact both a company’s top and bottom lines.  It will lay out the strategic benefits of integrated supply chain management and highlight how the integration and alignment of processes across the supply chain (e.g. sourcing, operations, logistics) can better serve customers and deliver additional value.

In addition, the webinar will introduce key capabilities that best practice supply chains are using to create end-to-end integrated supply chains that optimize total value creation for customers and the supply chain.
