Growing into Leadership: How to Become an Effective Leader

Do you find yourself struggling to grow as a leader? Have you read all the right books, but can't seem to implement all of the learning that's out there into your own leadership experience? Most leadership books explain these principles and behaviors and then expect you to adopt them to become a better leader. They are mostly focused on the characteristics you should change, not the process for developing yourself as a more effective leader.

This webinar, in contrast, will focus on a process of self-development, a process that puts you in the driver’s seat. You will clarify your purpose as a leader, as well as:

  • - Explore why you get stuck when you try to grow your leadership capabilities.

  • - Learn why purpose, systems thinking, and adult learning are key elements for leadership development.

  • - Engage in activities and exercises that you can start to apply immediately to develop further as a leader.
