Multi-dimensional educator, entrepreneur, career coach and quantitative risk modeler, Ginger Baxter is the Director of Graduate Career Advancement for the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Prior to joining Miami Herbert, Ms. Baxter served as the Sr. Director of Career Services for Emory University’s Goizueta Business School’s graduate business analytics program, served on senior leadership at Robinson College of Business’ Institute for Insights and was the Associate Director for Integrated Graduate Student Services for Georgia State University’s Modeling Cluster, leading their quantitative graduate business programs. Additionally, Ginger taught mathematics as adjunct faculty for Gwinnett Technical College and is a successful entrepreneur—launching two businesses from the bottom up—one a cognitive training program for individuals with learning differences and the other a multi-location educational service business. Additionally, she developed the in-person educational workshops to accompany the tech start-up software and platform Equities Lab for quantitative investing.
