Leveraging Local Networks for a Global Impact

We live in a globalized world.

Globalization provides organizations many opportunities to grow revenues and profits, innovate, and also provides exciting new career opportunities for individuals. However, a globalized society also creates complex roadblocks for large organizations.

The secret to success may be leveraging local, often informal networks. This seminar explores what it takes to succeed globally and relates the success of individuals and organizations to the acquisition of knowledge and ideas from formal and informal networks. Make sure that you are constructing a network that can take your career and company to the next level.
