Taking the Plunge: Committing to Change Management

Two-thirds of change efforts fail to fulfill their promise. Much of this failure is due to the process of implementation. How do leaders come to terms with changes and, in turn, motivate their employees to support them?

There are five key positive sentiments that, taken together, create the basis for change commitment. In turn, there are six key leadership activities that facilitate these sentiments.

Join us for this webinar, led by Stan Harris, Associate Dean of the Harbert College of Business at Auburn University, as he shares:

- best practices for successfully implementing this framework to lead change
- how to set expectations and lay the foundation for motivating a commitment to change within yourself and your organization
