The ProKo business model is the best I have come across as a consultant. The low markup enables consultants to earn higher rates while allowing companies to get top talent at reasonable rates. Consultants are paid on a 1099 rather than W-2 basis, so that they can preserve their independent identity and business expenses. Contracts are clear and well-written. All my best consulting engagements have come through ProKo Consulting. I never refuse an opportunity to work with Liz and her colleagues!
