She is a dot connector, an optimist, and a keen facilitator of conversations and relationships. Philosophically and practically committed to experiential learning, collaborative relationships, and thought leadership, her work in global, corporate, higher education and non-profit settings has earned her a reputation for creativity, business acumen, and big-picture insights. Stephanie is a sought-after speaker, trainer and facilitator. Her areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, leadership development, networking, and she is a certified facilitator for Take The Lead's core training- 9 Leadership Power Tools to Advance Your Career. She was recently recognized for her work by the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and is an alumna of the Fall 2015 national cohort. Stephanie was on the founding team of the Dell Women's Entrepreneur Network, an award-winning B2B outreach program for a former Fortune 50 company.

One of Stephanie’s long-term goals is to open a leadership training school for girls in the Indian Himalayas. She recently made her first angel investment in a woman-led social venture as a result of completing the Pipeline Angels investing boot camp. In November of 2015, Stephanie was named to the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, New England Board of Advisors.
