Founder and principal Stephanie Goodell has assembled a extremely skilled team of people genuinely dedicated to women's individual and collective advancement. The work at Samaya is challenging and rewarding and the team is respectful, ambitious, and very collaborative. The one thing I'd change, if possible, is just having more opportunities to meet with the team face to face.
